About a week ago I woke up and noticed my tinnitus was a lot worse

I’m new to this forum and new to T. Reading a lot of your posts has made me not feel as crazy. I noticed ringing/hissing in my ears about 4 weeks ago. One day, I woke up with a small ringing sound in my right ear, it’s my first time to experience it my whole life. Im 22 and for ages I’ve always had tinnitus – ringing mainly in my right ear, gets worse obviously around loud noise ect. Finally, if you don’t wise up and protect your ears, it will never go away. In the meantime don’t dwell on your tinnitus or it will only appear to get worse. I’ve been hearing a constant sound in my head.
