I had myringotomy- it didn’t help. I had a CT scan of my sinusis. I dont know if the migrane had anything to do with it. But Im really tired of it, Im loosing my hearing and yea it helps when I put pressure on my neck to hear. The doctor said that there is fluid behind my ear and it will get better on it’s own but I’ve been on antibiotics for two days now with no real change. So the ent doctor put a small ear tube in the ear drum to keep it drained it stays in about six months and then falls out on its own. I had steroid nose spray and took months to get better. The doctor was pretty un-fussed about the whole thing so that was good but to have your hearing dip and have almost constant tinnitus is really off-putting.
