If I never can go to another pub/nightclub, I can live with that.

Almost 3 months ago I was in an indoor club with loud music. In the past when she would stress over something, her tinnitus would get louder, but subside in a day or two. Six months ago I went through a very difficult time at work, and the office has been a very tough place since then. Obviously, the first place to start is to go back to when your anxiety began more than 6 years ago. Like, I almost can’t even tell if it worked because I expect to hear it but I can’t. As I stood there, trying to decipher whether the picture on the menu was sausages or broccoli, I just knew someone was looking at me. I don’t know how I’d cope if I couldn’t hear at all.
