The tinnitus comes and goes, and so does the tingling. A couple of times recently I have had electric shock type feelings shooting in my cheek too, when I eat, sometimes a mild cheek ache too. If you have chronic severe tinnitus and your whole family has just invited you to a fireworks show, you may be freaking out.
