I have been reading everywhere on the Internet since a long time people saying that it might go away after 3 months, 6 months or a year. Hi have you heard of tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) i havent tried it myself but ive heard that it helps a lot of people habituate to it so that its not noticable and they will also look at your hearing aids so that u will get the best out of them. I don’t know if you could take Valium with the other meds you are taking, but you might ask your doctor.
