My physical speakers are a surround sound system. The computer detects that these are hooked up in the realtek control panel (ports are highlighted while the rest are transparent). I’ve cloned the harddrive to a new fixed one with a higher memory capacity since this problem started. I’ve gone through and switched the speakers off and on as the default device and I’ve also gone into the sound options in the bottom right taskbar switching between what sound should be playing though, nothing has helped this issue. Bought some new speakers for my upstairs PC (Logitech Z523, got em for 49 ) anyways, I plugged them in and I noticed I was starting to get a lot of cracking noises from certain music, So i unplug them and plug in my headphones and now i’m hearing cracking on them too! Etc, which commonly causes static crackling (it crackles in rhythm with the music) but what can be done is remove the motherboard and repair / re-solder the problem. Anybody know what I can do to enable my PC speakers?

I think that you’re telling the computer to only use the headphone for communications applications. My computer keeps making annoying beepy noises. Mostly beeping error is from memory. try removing your RAM then clean the lower part with an eraser. True it might help and if it solves the problem, i suggest you buy fans that clip on your laptop. i know cooler master does them.
