Last Saturday (September 19, 2009) I went to a rock concert with my girlfriend. After the show my ears were ringing, which didn?t concern me too much because I had been to concerts in the past (this was my 5th one ever) and experienced the same effect. However, whereas in the past the ringing stopped the next day, the ringing this time has not stopped. However, another thing that happened was last night I woke up around midnight and my right ear was ringing really loudly. OK I went in for an easy 25ft dive to get used to monofinning again, and as usual my left ear didn’t equalize well (thus I’m maxed out at 40ft, but. Also, I’m curious, how long did it take for the high pitch sound to stop in your case? The ringing started a couple of days after the ear infection kicked in and it hasn’t left.
